The old used oil has contaminates and acids in it that can separate out and corrode the internal parts of the engine if left sitting. Pretty common practice for ALL engines..

I don't want to store it.

Dress warm and ride on, except for when there is ice, then I'll have to make circles in the garage....LOL

I talked with an Amsoil distributor at length... I am convienced. Check out this website. Look for the Motorcycle Oil test.... lots of info on this site.
