Any body have a clue as to what this means? Will call the stealertoday when they open. All by the way this is on a 2008 r* .

efi bikes have a ecu self diagnostics

a two digit code

19 is an "open circuit in the input line from sidestand switch to ECU"..

The bike should crank when the sidestand is down (obviously making sure you're in neutral). Try it with the sidestand up (and in neutral) and see if it starts, or sidestand up or down, pulling in the clutch lever at the same time. You might have a sidestand switch problem if it doesn't start no matter what you try.

I may be in error as to what the 19 code means on the r* cause that is what it is in the warrior ...manual

if any one has a Service manual for the 2008 r* the fault codes are listed in a table in the Fuel Injection System chapter...

Could always do as I do on my Bronco... disconnect the batt and wait a few seconds and reconnect to reset and try again.
