The guy sounds like a poser. There was one like him in NYC who dressed like a cop and yelled at people to slow down on his street. An off-duty cop was stopped by him and asked him what some radio (i.e. 10-5) meant. The guy couldn't come up with the answer and he was busted!

Planet42: I recently joined PGR, and am interested in mounting 2 6"x9" flags to the back of my R* - maybe off the license plate. Does anyone have any suggestions on what mounts are good and where I can get them?
