Ok. This would look a lot better if I had tools to weld aluminum, but here is my lay down bracket. Top bolts will be replaced with the plate bolt lights recommended in this thread. The total cost if you don't have parts already would be about $20 before the lights.

I am using the Rivco license plate mount on my 01 Midnight Star.It lays the plate down,hides the wires and comes with LED lights to mount on the sides of the license plate.Cost is about $90.00 shipped.I will try to attach pics.
