If we are speaking the same language, I don't believe Baron's sells tins.

Mine are just stock that I 'labourously' polished

Other's just send them out to be chromed.

by tins, I meant your fenders, tank, side covers....Is that the Barons kit? Also, did you add tank extensions? Which size?

Ahhhh

Most of your questions can be answered in detail on my website: http://members.rogers.com/docshadow but don't tell anyone

In short ..... the front is an aftermarket fender that I trimmed a bit on the sides.

The rear is a fender that I made myself.

Side covers are stock, but I'm working on set that does not 'bulge out' as far as the stock.

The tank is stock with a Baron's 3.5" fibreglass extension. My seat has been moved back about 2" so I had to add an additional 'filler' between the seat and the top of the extension. I would not use the Baron's extension again as I find it's too uncomfortable for me; it pushes my thighs out too much (no I don't have fat thighs) . I have another tank for which I will make a custom extension; it will be much narrower; however, I'm waiting on final frame decision before I start on it.

Hope that helps, if not get back to me.
