that's messed up about the Cash Cab. I like that show. The sound ordinance is another revenue stream for the city.

without reading the whole thread - basicly the whole idea of a LAW sucks! I do think helmets help save lives but it should be a choice. If you support a law then why stop there? why not have a law on high fat foods, no tobacco, no alcohol, no speed limit above 10mph b/c anything above can kill?
