Slyguy is right, Jerome is a good spot to take a break during the day, have no problem with multiple bikes showing up, pretty views of the red rocks of Sedona to look at, gives you a different view of what you had just driven through..... mild summer temps

If you come into Jerome on 89A from the South, that is a great road for bikes. 158 curves in 12 miles.

I don't know how you would count this in your tally, but 4 Corners basically covers 4 of the states you mentioned.

Southwestern riders - it's your last chance to vote on the southwestern state you think we should have a southwestern gathering in. Please read the first post in this thread and VOTE if you haven't yet. In the next few days I'll total up the tallies, and then we'll decide the destination and the time of year/ date.
Thanks to all of you who've voted on this... I hope to see lots of you there... no matter when and where it ends up being!
 :-DD.

I've lived in Porterville, CA, Phoenix & Parker (Parker makes Phoenix look chilly--128 degrees! ), AZ, Carson City, Reno AND Tahoe, NV...now in Santa Fe, NM. They all have pros & cons, but I vote for something with moderate temps and somewhat centralized. Flagstaff or Sedona get my vote...although Ojo Caliente in NM is mighty purty, but too close for me. Jerome is fun, but like 6hrtbt3 said, curves AND cliffs AND gravel--oh my! LMAO! Watch "ride Like a Pro" before you head through there!

But had to say hello Roadkill! Haven't seen you riding around town yet. Great weather we're having, will be bringing the bike out tomorrow! Maybe we can hook up for a ride sometime!
Be well, Greg...

And I'll apologize for the off-topic as well, although it's really not--we're talking about a mini get together of Southwest RSC members, after all... So, any day, man! I've been "between situations of gainful employment" since August, so I have LOTS of free time. Took a ride down to Madrid the other day just to get out of the house. What time tomorrow? I have to watch the daughter at lunch time, but other than that I'm free pretty much every day. PM me--I've got a full tank and I'm ready to go!
