Problems posting in the forum 7 Years, 3 Months ago

We have gotten a few notes from folks who were able to login to the clinic, but could not post in the forum.

We switched out and upgraded some of the software that runs the clinic last night, and suspect that it may be the cause of this difficulty. We think it may have something to do with pre-existing cookies set up by the previous software.

This would be most likely if anyone was using the "remember me" option on login, and now found that they were having problems. If this fits your circumstance, please take a few moments, logout of the clinic, delete all of the temporary files in your browser, then delete all your cookies, close your browser and start it back up again. This should flush the old cookies out and give the clinic a fresh start.

If this does not work, please contact me via the "Contact Us" option on the main menu of the clinic, and send me your phone number so I can call and see if we can figure out what the problem is. I am unable to duplicate it on my own computer.

If this works (recommendations above), please post here and let me know.

Thanks for the phone help Steve. Just so everyone knows ... if you can't log in, post or show as guest. Make sure you do the following.

LOG OFF

In your browser bar up top, go to TOOLs, then INTERNET OPTIONS, Under the INTERNET OPTIONS area - DELeTE COOKIES and I also DELETED FILES ... then it let me log back in and presto ... I get to bore you all with my posts again!

If you do the above, it looks likeyou will be golden.
