Those look like the fiberglass fenders I bought. Are they fiberglass? They look really good.

Dude,

That is one nice bike, nice job!

Did you go with a solid tail, no suspension?

Can you give me a quick rundown on what you ended up doing for the "basics build"?

Thanks!

George

wow George that’s I big question lol

first off yes I have full suspension at least 3" of travel. but I’ve never measured cause it’s never been an issue

the rear has been lowered 3X once in the adjustable lowering kit with heavy spring and once modifying the rear fender sub-frame mounting bolts and finally removing the cross member from the sub frame to get the fender even lower.

Then I got a fender blank, and got the rear of the fender where I wanted it then cut the wheel hole I nearly had to remove most of the front of the rear fender to get is sitting like that...at first it was schetchy if you look you will see the top of the fender is nearly at the back of the fwd seat. Then I welded the fender to the sub frame and added braces for 2up.

Then I got a Harley swing arm mounted plate and hand filled out the hole large enough to fit the R* axle.

Then I removed everything from the front forks custom cut a fender blank and remover all the shielding from the tree. Install risers from a swap meet, added a broom stick bar, custom grips and mirrors,

the air cleaner is a hyper charger and the pipes are from L.A. choppers DubbleDowndraft pipes. Upgraded jets and ignition control module, remove the emission crap, chrome side covers, solo seat, billet headlight, billet turn signals....and that’s all the big stuff... oh and paint
