MHO I got one for my brother's R*, then he went out and got one for mine. The other big thing around here is getting your bike blessed every let bit helps. I've not done that yet. I have given many to friends when they get a new scooter or if they do not have a bell. I do not believe in this kind of stuff, but it is a Biker Thing and it is a great custom. Someone started a pass it forward deal, don't remember where, but buy a bell pass it to someone and they in turn pass one to someone else. We could do that for our belless brothers/sisters on the Clinic.
