Hi All. I guess it's time to get around to this again. My name is Mike, I live in Eganville, Ontario, Canada. Married two teenagers, wife, job. I'm a Millwright by trade, and now run a crew of 15 Millwrights in the arospace industry. I bought my first bike (Honda CT70) with my snow shoveling/grass cutting money when I was 13. Had all kinds of dirt, and road bikes over the past 31 years. Living in the great white North, we got into snow machines as a family in 1990 until 2 years ago.
Then I bought a 2000 V-Star with Cobra pipes (needed some weekend stress relief from work - love to make lots of noise), and I was hooked on bikes once more. I ride mostly secondary roads, and like to explore new places every weekend. The V-Star was just too hard on the back, and not enough top end. Last Aug. I traded up to a brand new 2005 Midnight Roat Star. I can only say it's definately the best thing I've riden since my 1982 GoldWing! I've done a stag one on the pipes (good enough for now), removed the
AIS: and will relocate the fuel pump before spring. I'm also debaiting lowering the rear fender, along with the hard bags. Anyway I have found the RSC very helpfull right from when I was trying to decide if I wanted to trade my V-Star in on a Yamaha or ???. I made the right choice.
