01 Roadstar Carbed and jetted, Vance and Hines longshots. Bike has CA AIS once that is removed do I have to make any other adjustments?

Almost certainly not... if it was running right before you removed AIS, it should run just the same after. Just be sure any vacuum lines were blocked off, or you'll think you've ruined it!

I just took the AIS off mine and took a washer out of the carb needle while I was at it. Now today, I am going to put it back in..

I have an 01 with VH longshots and K&N filter and did the AIS removal yesterday and had to do nothing to the carb. I raised the idle up a hair, but that's it.

Runs better.. not as much spitting, popping as prior. Sure cleaned up the front of mtr too.

The AIS relates to the exhaust ports only, so you won't need to rejet the carb, since rejetting changes the fuel/air mixture in the intake ports.
