I arrived at 745 and the counter guy is like you know better than to come in this late. Didn't know him from adam. I usually go to another one, but I was close to this one. Anyway two days later advanced called and ask about my experience. I told them and they said I have discounts coming. I hope that guy gets what is coming. He let 6 more people I and complained the hole time. They are to be open till 9 and they stated they would deal with this. Parts stores shouldn't have people who don't know how to DIY. If it is all about customer service. For a few years I ran an industiral equipment company and we found out real quick who could and couldn't supply your needs and more importantly who knew what they were doing. It was Napa auto parts. They all do a decent amount of business with rebuild/body shops and industrial customers so they have to be on their game. They have never let me down wherever I have lived and I stick with them. More money usually but they get it right or make it right. It's amazing how much the knowledge of these people in these stores has gone downhill in the past 10 years. I knew more in high school then some of the manager's do now. I try to give my business to local guys they seem more knowledgeable in my book.
