#175698 Bean_Machine (User) Junior Boarder Posts: 167 spark plug came out tough won't go back right 3 Years, 2 Months ago   I was changing spark plugs and the right rear plug came out really tough. I went to put the new one in and it goes in about 3/8 inch and gets tight. What is the next step I need to do because I dont want to mess this up. I know what I am doing on most things but I need an expert mechanics opinion on it. Not a problem the chips will go right out the exhaust and not be a problem. Clifford Make sure you get the tap headed in there straight! You don't want it cross threaded. You still have to be careful and back tap back out after every 1/2 to 3/4 turns and clean. Add more grease to tap and go back in.   Logged     The administrator has disabled public write access.
