I don't reek of smoke, my skin looks better, I am breathing better, I have more money, I'm sleeping better and awakening refreshed, and I'm not having to worry about getting lung cancer, throat cancer, stomach cancer, COPD, or emphysema. I'd say that's a pretty good trade in exchange for five minutes of the pleasure of poisoning myself and paying the tobacco companies for the privilege. Hrmph! I hope the rest of you quitters who are breaking the chains are staying strong and free! And probably in style if you smoked more than a pack a day! It's so true about the smell, even if you live with a smoker it sticks to you.
