Quick HD Lowers ? 3 Years, 1 Month ago
Hello, quick ? on the HD lowers. I got some on Ebay for $10. They are a little rusted and pitted but that's ok I'm going to blast them and powder coat or paint. My question is, to me they look like to me they mount with the outside edges slanting forward. Also the outer "flap" if you will call it that faces forward. Seems Backasswards to me. Anyone have a close up??? Thanks!

Sorry about my post, I just erased it, somehow I was thinking risers instead of lowers!

I have had mine mounted both ways ...the flap facing towards the front worked best for me....less vibration...

I mounted mine with outside leading edge facing forwards. Helps to push wind out and away.
