If you have taken the AIS off, then popcorn on decel can be tuned out by turning the PMS out 1/4 turn at a time.

But yes .... make sure the other circuits are dialed in.

Best bet is to try the different "B" settings. One might work better than the other for your bike set-up and riding style. A lot of us take the battery box out and cut a hole to where the dip switches on the dyna3k line up. Most find it easier to remove the battery and make the switch change then to get the dyna out from that tight space it is in. Also your rpm setting should not be more than 5k on the dyna. The last 2 switches are for retard mode, but requires hardwire to a switch for it to work, so they don't make a difference to where they are set.
