Does anyone still have the drawing showing how to use the tubing? The link for the picture is broken.

I know this is a very old thread, but my R* fell off its side stand and the left Yammie passing lamp got the raw end of the deal. I was able to straighten the end of the mounting bar with some difficulty, but I got it.

The lamps are only sold in pairs, but I figured buying another pair would give me a spare. The problem is, the "special bolt" (the hollow one through which the wires fish) got bent in the process. Now the head of it no longer makes contact all the way around inside the lamp housing. If you think the lamps are hard to keep tight and aligned normally, try using a bolt with a bent head.

The special bolt is only sold by Yamaha with the mounting bar kit. So my question is, does anyone have an extra one lying around from a set of these lamps they busted or does someone know where to get a new bolt? I have searched all over the Internet to no avail.

I "get" the rubber tubing fix even without seeing the "Fred and Barney" drawing, and that may actually help in this case. I'll look for some tubing and give it a shot. Meanwhile, if anyone has one of those bolts (better yet, a pair of them) I'd sure like to get them.

Thanks in advance.
