I'm coming down from the north on Thursday, so hopefully we will miss all the rain. The rest of the weekend so far looks like it's supposed to be nice.

Once again, I will be spending the night at the Marriott Courtyard in Springfield IL. If you want to meet up and ride down from there, call my cell 920-217-7778 Don

1" black square 8" up from what point?

Well we want it uniform so anyone who is looking for it can look in one area.

I said 8" up from Bottom but what I mean is high enough to be seen from either side, like someone on a bike could see it if you pass them, or they are passing you. Or, if you are parked. The tape around the mirror works same way, it can be seen from all points quickly. I guess we can go with the tape around the mirror support in the middle and if you don't have one because you shaved your mirrors by installing a faring, a 1" square on the inside of your windshield where it is visible from all points but don't block your vision.

I think I am going to go with the mirror myself.

Hows that?

Looks like a test of wet weather abilities for us from Ohio on in and maybe a lot more of you too. http://tinyurl.com/y8wa5w
