Nothing, except for normal service work ( oil changes, tune up, tires. ). I have had it for 3 2/3 yearsand it has 54,500 miles. It is on the third front tire the first was replaced because of a blowout at 9,000 miles. It is on the fifth rear tire and third rear brake pads, front pads still original. Battery replaced at 4 1/2 years. Third set of spark plugs installed 100 miles ago. The last set came out still properly gapped, not deposits to speak of and looking very good. Still put a new set in as it is so easy. I replaced brake pads front and rear at 22,500 miles. Rear had 6mm of pad left, recommended service limit is 5mm. Front had more, but I changed them anyway when I was putting in new fork oil. I have had no repairs other than service items, oil, tires and brake pads. Engine is strong and the scoot is well built. Rear tire annually, front tire every other year. Plugs 3 times if I recall. Most of that is normal wear and tear and maintenance. The stator was really the only thing that wouldn't be considered maintenance. I met a guy who told me he had 250K on his '99 R*.
