Webslinger

I've been bouncing around the idea of a custom speedo dial. Joe at webslinger has been great helping me design one. I think we went through 12 drafts and um-teen emails over several days, but we finally came up with what I wanted. With a photo of my wife, his design work and my severe OCD...we came up with this...Speedo

Send him some work people!
How did you get her pic on the speedo??? Did you send him a pic and have to design the layout???? and size?????

I don't have the new dial yet. The instructions to DIY are on his site. For me, it's no big deal...I used to work on aircraft instruments (altimeters) so I'm used to swapping out dials and pointers. I even have a pointer puller tool!

You want the same dial...go for it! Hell...do you want the naked version?

Mr. C is un-offendable!!!

I sent him my pic, he arranged the size and where he thought it looked best. There are 3 styles of tic marks to choose from. I just had him erasing or adding until I got what I wanted. (fonts, colors, etc...)

Mr. C, no offense, but you don't have a daughter, do you? You struck a nerve. There are freaks out there and as a father, I try to protect my kids and my wife. I call that being a responsible husband and father, but you may call that too sensitive. I just know I do what I can to protect my family from preditors. What if my wife walked in while I was shockingly reading a message from some jerk who was commenting sexually about our daughter? That's ok? So, that's not supposed to be offensive? Words can offend. Think about it.

Your right...I don't have a daughter, but I have a son and nieces and I volunteer my time working with children on a weekly basis. No...it's not the same, but I protect my family and those children as if they where my own just the same. I protect them from threats...real ones...but some guy flapping his lip on an open forum 100's of miles away making a joke (sexually or otherwise)...please.
