How to Submit a Tech Article???? 3 Years ago  
I am trying to compose a Tech Article on the process to change Fork Oil. I need to know how to go about it. I cannot seem to find a template or new thread to start a Tech Article. Unfortunately I did not take pictures while I was doing this maintenance recently, but have a good outline of the proces and tools required to complete it. Thank you for some guidance. While I have been an active poster I have never submitted a Tech Article. I have used many of them for guidance and now it is my turn to help with this easy do it yourself job.
