#202608 Old Retired Cop (User) Junior Boarder Posts: 161 AIS removal on a 2008 / EFI 2 Years, 8 Months ago   Just got the AIS removal kit from Baron's and I think they sent me the wrong unit. It came with two round bullet shaped plugs and a drift-pin. Looking at the instructions, it appears these plugs will not work on my engine. Has anyone done the AIS removal on an '08 star? Should be two covers to fill the holes where the AIS tubing is removed from the sides of the motor. And, probably a little rubber intake plug that we don't need on FI models. I guess I'll never learn.
