This bike has a long wheel base which adds to the stability at highway speeds. My guess is what you are noticeing is the windscreen which if there is any wind will feel like you have a wobble. You might try putting the front tire up to 40 psi and ride it for awhile till you get some miles on her. Mine likes to wander sometimes and I have the windscreen and lowers. Barring anything being loose I can't see the steering head bearings or wheel bearings being bad...But I have been wrong before.

Hope this helps and I'm sure you'll get lots of other opinions too.
