Well first of all, glad your ok and didn't get into some sand or gravel while that was going on. I will say that just like every other occupation out there today, there are good employees and bad ones. I know what it feels like to get pulled down by Johnny Law,

but I would much rather get pulled over normally than something like this. A safe cop would have pulled you down, walked up to you and told you your headlight was out, then told you to ride safe and have a great day.

This guy trying to talk to you trough an open window at 20 MPH is no better that a 16 Year old girl texting on the phone and putting on eyeliner while doing a lane change on I-355 at 80 MPH!!!!
