Did you recently work on the bike? You have two codes, 3 flash is for TPS....8 flashes are fuel sending unit. In 5yrs, I have never heard of anyone that has gotten 2 codes at same time.

The bike has never been worked on what puzzle me is that it don't come on all the time it sit in the shop all weekend and now the light doesn't come on now what a man to do

Did you let the bike run stationary for a while? If so did the engine shut down on its own? check this site http://www.starvmax.com/forum/58-service-a-maintenance/76114-fault-code-70-fyi

Yes i was running it on idle with seafoam in the tank .
Thanks for the info . it was an auto cutoff
