Hi,
Ever noticed what truckers do, I wuz one for almost 20 years. They take the off ramp and cross over the roadway at the top, then pull over on the freeway on-ramp to take a break or a nap. The logic is when a person is exiting the freeway they are probably tired and not paying close attention as opposed to the guy getting on the freeway is starting out after a cup of coffee or just beginning the trip so he is more alert. Also toward the top of the on ramp vehicle speed is not that fast yet.
