I have to say .............I'm guilty. Today in HTFD CT this T-storm came out of no where. It was friggin Pooooouring. I stoped under the first overpass I came up on. 5 lanes of traffic 91 N bound. I didn't care. I pulled of as far as I could. Hopped the Concrete barrier and waited 45min for the torrential downpour to let up. What can you do? Sometimes you don't have choice.

First time I got caught in a downpour in a long time w/ no rain gear
