I would recommend Slow and steady with a left hand drill bit. Start with the smallest one possible and work your way up. stay in the dead center and take your time. Alot of the time this will eleminate the need for an ez out. Take your time . Maybe a little heat and or a good penetrating oil and a few light taps with a hammer and a punch to loosen it up. TAKE YOUR TIME. Good luck
