wire spoke wheels are heavier then the cast if im correct, Im thinking an after market swing arm would save you some weight. do you ride with a passenger? if not and dont plan on it you can always modify the rear fender and sub frame as well as loose the passenger foot pegs. loose the front fender or get a smaller one.

You can drop approx, 50 lbs by replacing the stock exhaust with some stubbies..Windshield weighs a good bit as well, guess it just depends on what your willing to do without....)

I was able to get rid of 118 lbs of dead weight from my previous bike. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.

There is a lot of prep time, but the application itself only takes a few seconds. Just sign those divorce papers and boom, another satisfied customer.

Yeh, I was going to say lose the stock mufflers... those rascals are heavy!

And correct me if I am wrong, but I am almost certain the cast wheels are heavier than the spoke... and I heard that from a Yami trained certified tech, who is a good friend.

Going to a single front brake would reduce unsprung front-end weight. Rotors are rather hefty.

118? Is that all? Mines almost twice that More cushion? Twice the woman? I better quit now, I think she can take me!
