It's been our experience that 35 works best as the pilot jet. 40 doesn't sound like much , but it is dumping in a lot more fuel than you need in that circuit. It will actually run OK on the 40 , but the Roadies have a tendency to carbon up when the jetting is too rich. Try your stock 35 , and see where that puts you. BB
