Now, beachbars 2 Years, 10 Months ago
In the seemingly never ending quest to find the right bars, I have gone beach. Gone again are the apes. An hour and a quarter later they were on. 15 to put the bars on and an hour to polish the stock riser to look like chrome. Pretty comfy so far...

THEY LOOK GOOD. THAT'S WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DECIDE BETWEEN (BEACH OR APES.) I AM GOING WITH THE APES FOR NOW. WE WILL SEE HOW THOSE TREAT ME.

My two cents: Get 1.25 or better. They are stiffer and don't flex when you push on them.

I love that nostalgia look the beach bars provide. That is what I want for mine.

Don't get the dimpled ones they interfere with the throttle. It sticks a little but that might be ok on a long haul.

I like em I had a set on my now sold Royal Star. They were White Brothers beach bars. Like 42" wide. Loved em! I have the wide Road Star bars on my Roady now and they are nice but I still like WIDER....

I'm waiting on the Flanders Beach Grand Bars in black to arrive 38.5" wide. One of the guys here had them in chrome and I new that I had to have um fer mines. why are they called bar(s) plural and not bar? or are they? "neva mind"

I run the Baron Nostalgia bar, which is essentially a slightly narrower beach bar at 36" wide. The narrower width helps with the slow speed turn issues and they're comfy as ever for the long haul.
