Crunched my foot board, but good! 2 Years, 10 Months ago  
Well I hate to admit it but coming home late last night from a "Bike Night" at a local restaurant I misjudged my clearance pulling into my garage. My only excuse is that I was kinda tired and I have to manuaver between my daughter's car and wife's SUV( blech! ) and doesn't leave much room for error.
With all that being said, I hit the side of garage frame with my right foot board and bent it into an L shape. Actually cracked it almost in half.
Everything else looks o.k. but I feel like a dope and now I am on the lookout for a new or used righthand foot board. I have a 2001 Siverado Midnighter 1600.
Any help or feedback would be great. Thanx

Holy cow... and nothing said about how fortunate you are to not have caught your foot or leg against the door.... very fortunate for you indeed!

I have a right hand footboard off of a 2003. You canhave it for $30.00 & I'll pay the freight. If you want it give me your address to ship it to & call 863-441-2949 with card #'s.
