If he had cut the bottom off the R* bags and just extended them down, I think that would have looked better. I would not mind having more room in my saddle bags. If you could widen the rear fender but with the same flowing lines to allow for a bigger tire (240) and make the bags and rear fender look like all one piece, that would be sporty for a custom look.

Not crazy about the headlight set-up either. Bags, way too angular. What I like are the Venture bags.

Maybe if the bags and back fender were sweapt back like the rear of the front fender it would flow better...?

The rear fender is butt ugly, too. So is the white plate running across the top of the forks. I looked at it again, wondering if I'd judged it too harshly... Nope. It's horrible all the way around. *barf*

I think if they used the Roady bags and stretched them, and widened the Roady rear fender it would be much better. They are taking HD components and putting them on a Roadstar to make it look like a Harley. Excentuate the lines of the Roady, the part that people like about how they look.

Well, I'm not a fan of hard bags anyway, but yeah, it does seem to flow a little better. If the bags were less "boxy," maybe...
