I would just use a product like Aussie Wax, Fiebing's Snow Proof, or as stated above Sno-Seal. Just take a hairdryer and heat your seat up (not hot, just warm)they work better that way and apply with a cotton cloth. I assume your seat is black, but make sure you test on the underside to make sure there are no issues.
