I don't think that H-D hard bags hold much more than half of what Yahamah hard bags hold, and I don't like the latching mechanism. My own bike has the Yami bags and I have lots of customers with H-Ds, and I carry a lot more than they do.

Which Yamaha bags do you have? Are they more square like the Harley bags, or rounded like the beetle bags. I really like the more squared look.

Those are some nice looking bags from SSCustom though.
