These two events take place on Labor Day weekend. Both have good venues, and you can do four or five good full day rides around the four Corners area, and hardly see the same country twice.

Now you can camp at both venues, or stay at the casino at Ignacio. Durango is full of hotels from 50.00 and up.

SOME SUGGESTED RIDES.

One ride is from Durango, over to chimney rock, down to Ignacio, down to Aztec, Farmington, then up to Hesperus, and back into Durango.

Second ride is up 550 over Silverton, to Ouray, down to Cortez, and back to Durango.

Third ride is Durango to Wolf Creek Pass, down to Southfork Colorado, then up to Creede, up to Lake City, over to Montrose, down to Ouray, back into Durango, on the HWY 550 (Iron butt run)

Fourth ride is over to Cortez, down to the four corners Monument to Tec Nos Pos Arizna, back over to Farmington NM, up to Aztec, then you can go back to Durango Colo., or back over to Ignacio where the big rally is held, and then back to Durango.

Another ride is really cool to do, is Go from Chimney Rock which is between Pagosa Springs, and Durango is to head south to the ralley in Ignacio, then on down to Navajo Lake which runs clear down to Bloomfield Nm, then loop back around to the Farmington area, and then which ever way is suited for you back to where you are staying.

There are great bike shops to stop and visit like Four Corners Harley which sells, and services Yamaha, Harley, and Suzuki. There are bike shops in Durango also, but only one in Farmington that services all the makes.
