Looking to get a trunk bag 2 Years, 5 Months ago
Been looking to get a trunk bag, but don't like the one Yamaha carries. I've seen a couple on e-bay, but wondering which one is the best as far as room, ease of mounting/removal, and available accessories(really like the luggage rack on top). Anybody have any suggestions as to which is the best?

I'm looking at the Scootworks SuperTrunk III with the Passenger Backrest with the armrests

As far as hard trunks go, it's hard to beat the standard H-D Tourpack or the SuperTrunk III Jay linked to above. Most of the aftermarket ones open from the back, meaning the passenger has to get off or you'd need to remove anything strapped down to the passenger seat to access it's contents. Since the H-D Tourpack and SuperTrunk open from the side, that hassle becomes a non-issue.

I would go with a used harley or the scootworks super. It appears as the scootworks is a replica of the harley trunk since they say you can use harley parts on it and that's why I would choose the super trunk. If you buy either a used harley or the scootworks you can buy any harley or aftermarket parts made for a harley tour pak. All trunks can be made to fit without a lot of work.

I just ordered the Matazu with the wrap around back rest and top rack. $268 shipped. I'll be putting my stock back rest up for sale shortly. If I like the MS Batwing, I'll be selling the stock Silverado Windshield and mounts as well.
