Don't even go there with all that "black bike needs apes" thing. Now back to the topic; congrats on getting your apes up and running. I concur about the bike feeling lighter and more responsive; mine felt the same way. I ride to work about 70 miles round trip most every day of the week and I still get a kick out of my apes, how they feel and how I think they look on the bike. Caught my self leaning on the hand rail by the door to my office looking back with pride and satisfaction at my scoot parked under the tree out front. What a fine bit of cool machine! Ya feel me?

16 inches , but I did a mod on the OEM seat so it seats a bit lower , and my bars are pushed forward , they are straight up , no angle just straight

p.s. plus I am only 5'7

I have to agree with having them Forward most of the time but if I make a long ride I will roll them back some for the comfort.
