Conchos would be easy. Just punch a small hole where you want them and attach. I've bought conchos from a local place called Tandy Leather. They might have stores elsewhere though. They might sell fringe too as they specialize in leather goods. BTW - I had fringe on my Mustang for awhile and ended up cutting it off. It never grew on me. Regards....greeny
