Our thoughts are with you and your parents!

I really think that when an injury accident involving a motorcycle happens and when the driver received a ticket, they should have to attend a traffic survival school as an additional punishment. They should have to go and watch the ER Room at the hospital, and see what really happens when people come in with a trauma by vehicle accident.

I remember the nurse telling me how lucky I was with my bruised spleen, and how she has seen people die from motorcycle accidents.

Some senator should do his job and write a bill to that effect requiring a law for this reason.

They just get off with a ticket, and I hope that they had more than limited liability insurance for your parents sake. I am dealing with my underinsured for that reason right now. The gal that t-boned me, just had liability, and she got a $121.00 ticket. Now how fair is that??

Hit by a young (20 something) girl not paying attention on what was infront of her and SMACK!!!!! The best part is they were on they're way to the grandson's football game!!!! And they still showed up, on the bike!!! Late of course!!!
As you may have noticed I have not been around lately , but dude , thank God your folks are OK , I had a friend who got rear ended by a drunk driver , even though the driver ended up in the hospital as we were all riding to a party when this happen , but my friend got a couple of broken ribs and broke both of his hands , so like I said . . . glad your Folks are ok

Glad your Parents are ok Chico! Nothing beats a good Guardian Angel on duty! I am constantly amazed at the lack of attention that these cagers are paying while driving...I mean steering...They are not drivers! I put a stebel horn on my bike and I have used it so many times to snap some dumbarse out of a fog! Unreal...they get mad because you scared the crap out of them. Put em all on bikes for two weeks so they can see what we go through daily! That's my rant... Once again...glad your Parents are well!
