sorry to hear about the accident. Atleast you are here to tell us about it. Heal quick then start working on the bike for next season. What helped me after spilling was making the bike better then before.

take care..

It's odd I was in an accident and my bike was totaled and the worst i had was a seperated shoulder. Wife got into one and i rode it home and she had a broken leg titainium from the knee to the ankle. you wrecked and got messed up and the bike while not as pretty is still rideable. It's one of those things to be thankfull for not too much damage to either at least you'll ba able to rider her again.

Glad you are alright, and glad the bike damage is minimal. Take it easy for awhile, and try not to let it get you down.

If you are like me, I am already thinking about how to ride with this cast on my right arm, but the torn rotater in left shoulder is keeping me from getting back on.

Re:WHAT A WEEKEND 2 Years, 7 Months ago
So just a quick update. I went to the doctor and had the stitches removed and some more xrays taken of the arm, he said I was healing faster then he expected. I have started rehab on my arm, and the shop is working on the bike. They said I should have the bike back in about two weeks. That will be nice. But the doctor and the physical therapist said I have about a month of recovery left, (better then the two to three months they told me originally.) So I may be able to get some riding in at the end of this season. Here is crossing my fingers and hoping for good things.
