If you look up the thread I just posted last week, you will see a TJD fairing that I just got done mounting on a bike... this will give you a good idea what it looks like on a Road Star... I did make new mounting brackets for it too... the ones that come with it for the Road Star are not that good IMHO... after a lot of prep work and having it painted, it did come out nice... it does seem to have a sturdy construction as well...
