G'day...takehikes. I'm glad you're getting in some good riding mate.
We have had some good rides lately as well. Went to Airlie Beach with our group last weekend (about 20 bikes), ...weather was perfect and good riding up and back.  |

And finally, on a sombre note. Our friends son came along to see us off on the ride, he had to board a flight that day for return to Afghanistan for his next tour of duty. We wished Brad all the best and ask God's speed for his safe return.  |

G'day Capt.Kirk... yes we're into our spring,...I suspect It's going to be a long hot summer. We ride all year round here, only get a few coldish days a year in these parts.

Well fall is scheduled to start tomorrow. Looking forward to some cooler weather. The wife and I took a late lunch ride yesterday to Chico,Ca. was in the high 90's. We have nice Indian summers here.

You're a fair way inland aren't you? Is your heat a dry inland heat?
We're on the coast here and when it's hot it's very tropical and humid. That's the time when we warm the set and cool the tinnies.

Emu - it's a period of unusually warm weather in the autumn... once things begin to cool down and the average temps are warm/mild, an Indian summer occurs when you get a quick drastic rise in temperatures for a few days

Looking good Emu! Sounds like a nice ride and sure looks it.
Its great to see everyone jumping in and posting their own great rides. We all have some favorites but like my ride this weekend every now and then ya get lucky.
