You could have bad gas...... But You should be able to here a Big difference in the sound of the motor , if turning the PMS screw in at a moderate pace. That does lead me to believe you are rich. Are you sure that the pilot is stock , and not the 37 that comes in the DJ kit? Just double checking. BB

I drilled the PMS cap out myself and read alot on here before jetting, everyone recommended leaving the stock Pilot jet so I did. Would bad gas run better when the bike warms up?

Yes , It can. Cold motors respond to things being "off" worse than hot motors.BB

absolutely, nothin but 87.
I just checked the pipe for sucking action, the rear jug pulls the tissue in, could this be an SVS symptom? can I fix it without pulling the exhaust?

If seafoam didn't help , try Ringfree. $$ , but works. Your jetting seems to be in the neighborhood , but something's gotta give. How many miles have you had your bike set up the way it is now? BB

Well , Pull the plugs , bet you find the rears black and sooty. Check for air leaks around everything , exhaust , manifold , AIS ports , carb , you get the picture. Run a good cleaner through it if the plugs are bad. Perhaps slowly turn the PMS in (lean) a half a turn or so. I have seen Ringfree clean up where the others needed more treatments. Hope this helps. BB

One more question , the blow by line that was connected to your stock airbox , is it routed to the ground now?

Not sure what blow by line you mean, the crank vent I rerouted to the side where the fuel pump was and installed a filter on it, the other that was just open to the atmosphere I left alone.

here are my pugs after 150 miles
