I'm not familiar with that needle. What is strange, the air bleed is larger (leaner) then the pilot is bigger (richer), seems to balance it out, but why not just leave the stock parts? I thought I remember reading something a while back that changing air jets also effects the vacuum. you might be a hair lean on the needle too, might try adding an extra washer on the needle. If you decide to go back to stock pilot jet, you'll need to go back to air bleed too
