Re:HD Lowers 2 Years, 7 Months ago
I just installed a set last weekend used the same metheod as MS-1700.
I had my windshield set at the highest position and took the bike out and all was fine they cut down on the buffeting OK, but there was a gap between the bottom of the windshield and the top of the lower.

This looked kinda dumm to me so I went and dropped my windshield down to the bottom and closed the gap all looked much better took the bike back out and at 60 + mph the harmonics started from somewhere I can only assume from the new set-up ? I didn't have the noise when the w-shield was raised to the top.

Has anyone else had noise with HD-lowers at the high speeds ?
