Re:My bike 2 Years, 7 Months ago
I have many bikes in my stable and at my disposal. I was surprised how much time i was spending on my star and when it came to the time to build next years tech bike, i chose my R*.

Here she is naked

These are the tins going on her at the end of the build

Once done, it will be a solo configuration. I am becoming a tricky air dealer and am using the "inch by inch" method to raking her(found in the tech articles of this clinic). I will lower the tail by two inches and raise the front by 4 inches using the extended fork bolts. There is nothing else i would change about her. She sounds great (V&H HS Pro with comp baffle), she rides nice (Yamaha) and she goes extra fine (Yamaha and two of my mechanics. I have just installed 12.5" apes and will install chrome switch housings.his is bike number 36 for me, and she will be a keeper in good company with my roadking and my Valkrie.

LOVE MY ROADSTAR .......

My nephew bought a 05 V-Star 1100 midnight and I took
her for a short ride yesterday and was impressed with
the power and smoothness of the ride. Yamaha builds
a good machine !!!!!!!!!!
