Don't put it into storage just yet, it will warm up for a few more weeks, I rode until the first of December last year. We had an early cold snap last year too, and then it got real nice for another month and a half.

Don't give up man, it's like riding your snowmobile, just dress warmer! Hell, it just got up to 32 (26 w/windchill) this morning and I will be out riding as much as I can today.

Here in NC there is no end to the riding season. Just add layers.

Chico, I think you might be right. It was 44 degrees here in southern Maryland this morning. Its pushing through 52 and might make it to sixty. I don’t mind riding at 50 degrees or higher when the sun is out but it gets a little chilly if the sun hasn’t come up yet. I’m sure we’ll get a few more weeks in, you just might have to put on an extra layer or start a little later in the day.
I hear its supposed to be colder this year than it has been, something about currents being cooler.
I’d be out now except I have a cold I don’t want to turn into the flu, bronchitis or phenomena.
Enjoy the days we have left.

First off what is a snowmobile?? We have not heard of such a thing here in the desert of Arizona.
Second: It just got up to 32??? I woke up to 61 this morning and we are suppose to get to 90 today. Winter? Well that's the time of year we really get to go riding!

Gotta go with hard on this one. Took the bike out the other night and decided it might be time to wear something other than a T-shirt here in PHX. Once I get this battery cable in and installed gonna be some good riding commin up this "winter".

It's still warm enough here in the mid afternoon. Sunny day, 50-60ish, it's just fine to ride for me. Gloves, jacket, jeans, keeps plenty warm. Just wear heavier gloves and put the liner in your jacket, and you'll be fine.
