Need advise on purchase of Doollys 2 Years, 3 Months ago
Currenty I anm running Vance and Hines Long shots. Like them fine but would like to go with Doollys. Have an 07 roadstar. Any advise on quality, sound and ease of installation. Looked in J&P and could not find any brands for our Roadstar. Thanks Bofish

Only ones making duals for our bikes are Freedom and Roadhouse(as far as I know) Both have their fans. I think I'd find someone with each installed and take a listen. Ultimately, it's really up to what your ear finds the most appealing.

Here is a link to Freedom

I love the look of the doollys, but I think if you go that route, you need to put a bigger saddlebag on or lower the originals so you don't have that big gap making the original saddlebags look dinky.

Or if you are into fabrication like I am, you could always make your own true duals like I did with my Vance and Hines LongShots...
